Necesito ayuda. It seems that no matter what songs I have on my MP3 player while I'm at the gym, I get bored. Thus far, the only songs that seem to keep me moving one of the Selena songs from her live concert and Carnaval by Celia Cruz.
Anyway, since many of you are music connoisseurs, I figured I'd ask for your help. What songs get you moving?

My gym playlist includes:
Chayanne, James Brown, Luis Miguel, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shakira, Tribe Called Quest, Vission Latina, Oscar D'Leon, Juanes, THe Gap Band and Erik B and Rakim.
I was in the same dilemma as you. I went to iTunes and just browsed to get ideas of music that I might want to add to my playlist. I bought some but others I had around the house. I ended up making a cardio playlist with faster songs and a weight training playlist with slower songs.
Have fun at the gym. Good for you for keeping up at the gym. I keep messing up my routine....
when i used to go to the gym...a long long time ago...i use to listen to alot of 80's music...
Gratzi, the gym hasn't been much of a drag thanks to your suggestions.
Ozomatli: Dos Cosas Ciertas
Shakira: Te aviso, te anuncio
Liliana Felipe: Mala
Oh and on my walks, my playlist is very campy and includes Little Richard singing "I Feel Pretty!," Willie Nelson, "Cowboys are frequently secretly fond of each other," and Dolly Parton "Travelin' Through"
house music is what i reach for when i clean house. so i know if i still had a gym membership its what i would want to get me moving.
Really bass-y trance for me. Or straight-up rave music, like Prodigy.
